You do not need an account to use the website. It is an information and enquiry service. It does not create an online account, subscription, purchase order, or contract for the sale of products.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, measurements, lead times, performance claims, and care guidance useful and current. They are general information, not a promise that a particular product, colour, fabric, finish, specification, or installation date will be available.

A price, specification, warranty, delivery term, or installation commitment becomes binding only when it appears in a written quotation, order confirmation, or other agreement issued by the relevant ArtLine business or distributor. Physical samples and final measurements control over screen images and general website information.

The ArtLine Assistant uses Google Gemini to generate replies. It may produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. Do not treat its responses as a written quote, design approval, engineering advice, safety advice, legal advice, or a warranty statement. Confirm project-specific details with the ArtLine team before relying on them.

Chat messages are sent to Google Gemini. ArtLine does not keep the chat transcript in its own chat database, but the browser may keep a local copy and Google may process the message under its own terms. See our Privacy policy for details.

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, product materials, photographs, logos, graphics, and other content belong to ArtLine Blinds or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal project evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, scrape, frame, or commercially reuse the content without written permission.

“ArtLine Blinds” and related marks may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or a relationship that does not exist.

The website may rely on third-party services such as hosting, Google Gemini, Google Maps, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Those services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or service interruptions on sites we do not control.

The website is provided for general information on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ArtLine disclaims warranties that the website will always be accurate, complete, secure, or available, or that it will meet a particular project requirement.

Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable consumer or privacy law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent the law permits, ArtLine will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of general website information. ArtLine Blinds is based in India, so these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to the mandatory consumer and privacy laws that apply where you live. If you enter a separate written agreement for products or services, that agreement may set out its own governing law and dispute process. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
